Le gouvernement tanzanien a lanc\u00e9 plusieurs projets de construction de routes et de ponts afin de promouvoir le d\u00e9veloppement des infrastructures locales et avait un besoin urgent d\u2019une centrale \u00e0 b\u00e9ton d\u2019une capacit\u00e9 de 90 m\u00b3\/h pour la production de b\u00e9ton. Cette centrale devait pr\u00e9senter une haute efficacit\u00e9 de production et une qualit\u00e9 stable du b\u00e9ton, tout en \u00e9tant capable de s\u2019adapter \u00e0 l\u2019alimentation \u00e9lectrique instable en Tanzanie. Par ailleurs, il souhaitait que nous fournissions des services cl\u00e9s en main, notamment l\u2019installation des \u00e9quipements, leur mise en service et la formation du personnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

D\u00e8s r\u00e9ception de cette demande, nous avons rapidement constitu\u00e9 une \u00e9quipe technique charg\u00e9e de concevoir la solution. Pour pallier le probl\u00e8me de l\u2019instabilit\u00e9 de l\u2019alimentation \u00e9lectrique en Tanzanie, une g\u00e9n\u00e9ratrice de secours a \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u00e0 la centrale \u00e0 b\u00e9ton de 90 m\u00b3\/h afin d\u2019assurer le fonctionnement normal des \u00e9quipements en cas de coupure de courant et d\u2019\u00e9viter tout retard dans l\u2019avancement du projet. Pour les composants essentiels de la centrale, nous avons retenu des marques internationalement reconnues pour les malaxeurs et les syst\u00e8mes de dosage, garantissant ainsi l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de production et la stabilit\u00e9 de la qualit\u00e9 du b\u00e9ton. En outre, le syst\u00e8me de commande de la centrale a \u00e9t\u00e9 optimis\u00e9 afin de permettre un fonctionnement enti\u00e8rement automatique, de r\u00e9duire l\u2019intervention manuelle et de minimiser les erreurs d\u2019exploitation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tout au long du processus de fabrication, nous avons rigoureusement contr\u00f4l\u00e9 chaque \u00e9tape de production. Des inspecteurs qualit\u00e9 sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9sign\u00e9s pour superviser l\u2019ensemble du cycle, depuis l\u2019inspection des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019assemblage et la mise en service des \u00e9quipements, afin de garantir que ceux-ci r\u00e9pondent aux normes de conception et aux exigences du client. Une fois la fabrication termin\u00e9e, les \u00e9quipements ont \u00e9t\u00e9 exp\u00e9di\u00e9s par voie maritime vers la Tanzanie. Nous avons d\u00e9sign\u00e9 une personne d\u00e9di\u00e9e pour suivre en continu l\u2019avancement logistique, assurant ainsi l\u2019arriv\u00e9e s\u00e9curis\u00e9e et ponctuelle des \u00e9quipements. \u00c0 leur arriv\u00e9e au port, notre \u00e9quipe technique s\u2019est imm\u00e9diatement rendue sur site, a surmont\u00e9 les difficult\u00e9s li\u00e9es aux conditions locales de construction limit\u00e9es et a men\u00e9 \u00e0 bien, de fa\u00e7on efficace, l\u2019installation et la mise en service de la centrale \u00e0 b\u00e9ton. Par la suite, une formation compl\u00e8te de deux semaines a \u00e9t\u00e9 dispens\u00e9e aux op\u00e9rateurs et techniciens locaux, couvrant l\u2019exploitation des \u00e9quipements, la maintenance quotidienne, le diagnostic des pannes et l\u2019ajustement des formulations de b\u00e9ton. Apr\u00e8s sa mise en service, la centrale \u00e0 b\u00e9ton a fourni, de mani\u00e8re stable et efficace, du b\u00e9ton de haute qualit\u00e9 aux projets d\u2019infrastructures locaux, ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 vivement salu\u00e9 par les d\u00e9partements concern\u00e9s du gouvernement tanzanien.<\/p>\n\n\n
