En raison du relief complexe du parc, caract\u00e9ris\u00e9 par de nombreuses routes montagneuses et boueuses, une plantation agricole mexicaine \u00e9prouvait des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 faire fonctionner normalement des chariots \u00e9l\u00e9vateurs traditionnels dans ce parc. Elle avait donc un besoin urgent d\u2019un chariot \u00e9l\u00e9vateur tout-terrain de 5 tonnes destin\u00e9 \u00e0 la manutention de produits agricoles et au transport de mat\u00e9riaux, exigeant que ce chariot poss\u00e8de de solides performances tout-terrain et une excellente capacit\u00e9 d\u2019escalade. Par ailleurs, il devait s\u2019adapter aux conditions climatiques locales du Mexique, marqu\u00e9es par d\u2019importantes diff\u00e9rences de temp\u00e9rature, et l\u2019\u00e9quipement devait \u00eatre facile \u00e0 entretenir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins du client, nous avons r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une conception cibl\u00e9e du chariot \u00e9l\u00e9vateur tout-terrain de 5 tonnes. Des pneus tout-terrain \u00e0 grand diam\u00e8tre ont \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9s afin d\u2019accro\u00eetre le frottement entre les pneus et le sol, am\u00e9liorant ainsi la capacit\u00e9 de franchissement du chariot sur les routes boueuses et accident\u00e9es. La structure du ch\u00e2ssis a \u00e9t\u00e9 optimis\u00e9e pour augmenter la garde au sol du chariot, renfor\u00e7ant ses performances tout-terrain et sa capacit\u00e9 d\u2019escalade, et garantissant ainsi une conduite fluide sur le terrain complexe de la plantation. Compte tenu des importantes variations de temp\u00e9rature observ\u00e9es localement, le syst\u00e8me de refroidissement du moteur et le syst\u00e8me de lubrification du chariot ont \u00e9t\u00e9 am\u00e9lior\u00e9s afin d\u2019assurer un fonctionnement stable de l\u2019\u00e9quipement aussi bien en environnement chaud que froid. Parall\u00e8lement, la structure de l\u2019\u00e9quipement a \u00e9t\u00e9 simplifi\u00e9e et le nombre de composants fragiles r\u00e9duit, facilitant ainsi l\u2019entretien quotidien par le client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lors du processus de fabrication, les chariots \u00e9l\u00e9vateurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 produits dans le strict respect des normes de qualit\u00e9. Chaque chariot a subi plusieurs s\u00e9ries de tests de performance et de conduites d\u2019essai sur site afin de garantir qu\u2019il r\u00e9pondait aux exigences op\u00e9rationnelles du client. Une fois l\u2019\u00e9quipement export\u00e9 vers le Mexique, notre \u00e9quipe technique est intervenue rapidement pour fournir des services d\u2019installation, de mise en service et de formation \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation.
