Uma empresa filipina de log\u00edstica portu\u00e1ria frequentemente enfrentava a demanda por manuseio de cargas grandes e irregulares durante o processo de movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o de mercadorias. As empilhadeiras tradicionais tinham um raio de opera\u00e7\u00e3o limitado e flexibilidade insuficiente, n\u00e3o conseguindo atender aos requisitos. Por isso, adquiriu de n\u00f3s uma empilhadeira com bra\u00e7o telesc\u00f3pico de 15 m, exigindo que a empilhadeira possu\u00edsse um bra\u00e7o telesc\u00f3pico longo e alta capacidade de carga, al\u00e9m de ser capaz de realizar opera\u00e7\u00f5es de manuseio de cargas em m\u00faltiplos \u00e2ngulos e de alta complexidade. Ao mesmo tempo, era necess\u00e1rio que ela cumprisse as normas locais de seguran\u00e7a para equipamentos nas Filipinas, e a empresa esperava que oferec\u00eassemos suporte t\u00e9cnico oportuno.\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para atender \u00e0s necessidades especiais de manuseio do cliente, realizamos uma pesquisa e desenvolvimento (P&D) e um projeto especializados para a empilhadeira com bra\u00e7o telesc\u00f3pico de 15 m. O bra\u00e7o telesc\u00f3pico foi fabricado em a\u00e7o-liga de alta resist\u00eancia, garantindo capacidade de carga suficiente sem comprometer seu comprimento, permitindo assim o manuseio f\u00e1cil de cargas grandes e pesadas. O sistema hidr\u00e1ulico de acionamento do bra\u00e7o telesc\u00f3pico foi otimizado para possibilitar o alongamento suave e o posicionamento preciso do bra\u00e7o, melhorando a flexibilidade operacional da empilhadeira e atendendo \u00e0 demanda por manuseio de cargas em m\u00faltiplos \u00e2ngulos. Em termos de desempenho de seguran\u00e7a, a empilhadeira foi equipada, rigorosamente conforme as normas filipinas de seguran\u00e7a para equipamentos, com dispositivos de seguran\u00e7a como prote\u00e7\u00e3o contra sobrecarga e parada de emerg\u00eancia, assegurando a seguran\u00e7a operacional.\u200b<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante o processo de produ\u00e7\u00e3o, a empilhadeira passou por diversos testes de carga e simula\u00e7\u00f5es operacionais, e o desempenho do equipamento foi continuamente otimizado para garantir que ele pudesse atender \u00e0s necessidades do cliente em cen\u00e1rios complexos de manuseio. Ap\u00f3s a exporta\u00e7\u00e3o do equipamento para as Filipinas, nossos t\u00e9cnicos chegaram rapidamente ao porto do cliente para realizar a instala\u00e7\u00e3o e a coloca\u00e7\u00e3o em servi\u00e7o do equipamento.
