LB1000 Asphalt Mixing Plant in the Philippine

We are pleased to announce the successful installation and commissioning of an LB1000 asphalt mixing plant for our valued customer in the Philippines. The plant is now fully operational and producing high-quality asphalt mixture to support the customer’s road construction and infrastructure projects.

Project Overview

The LB1000 asphalt mixing plant was designed, manufactured, and delivered to meet the specific production demands of our Philippine customer. From foundation work to final commissioning, our engineering team worked closely with the local team on-site to ensure the plant was installed correctly, tested thoroughly, and handed over on schedule.

With a rated capacity of around 80 t/h, the LB1000 is a reliable and cost-effective solution for medium-scale asphalt production, well suited to road paving and maintenance projects across the region.

Built-In Environmental Protection: Bag Filter House

A key highlight of this project is the plant’s bag filter house (dust collection system), which plays a critical role in controlling emissions during production. The bag filter system captures fine dust and particulates generated during the drying and mixing process, significantly reducing air pollution and ensuring the plant operates in line with environmental protection standards.

This feature reflects our ongoing commitment to providing not only efficient and durable equipment, but also environmentally responsible solutions that support our customers in meeting local environmental regulations and promoting cleaner job sites.
